Introduction
Tanjung Balau is a beach town in Kota Tinggi District, with a shore for basic water activities, along an open area for activities like kite flying and picnic.
What to Expect?
The shore has an extended bridge that connects to a platform about 150m from shore. Visitors can make a walk to the platform as one of the unique thing to do while they are there.
While on the bridge, visitors can catch the glimpse of reef and rock formation, making it a unique sight to behold.
The beach has an area with a wide expanse of grass for playing ball games or having picnics. Kite flying is a popular activity on this beach. There's also a jetty with extended branching concrete bridges that let visitors wander through the beach shore and get a glamorous view of sunset.

7 months agoAmong the best beach to go on weekend. And if you are a sunrise hunter, this is among the best place to observe it. On a clear day, ypu will be able to see sun rising from the east. Located not to far from Johor Bahru

8 months agoThe resort was under renovation at the time of visit. However, the work in progress didn't hide its peaceful environment, neither did it hide the dirty seafront and beach.

8 months agoA very dirty beach with rubbish all over but favourited by locals. Trash of single use plastics and styrofoams with stinky food leftovers are thrown and left everywhere. A very crowded place loved by picnickers.
