Always an impressive place to visit - probably the best or certainly one of the best maintained place of its type in Malaysia as perhaps you would expect given the location. Lots of different areas to walk around and every time I've been I've discovered something new as it's a very large area. The lake is of course a beautiful feature that dominates visitor attention but it's worth exploring away from the lake as well.

Great place for everyone from an individual in search of a stroll to large family groups. Entry is free and there's lots of parking - there's not masses of choice for food and drink though there's some vending machines and of course the seafood restaurant but I've never been there. I've only been on a weekday and it's always been very quiet I assume on a weekend it would be much busier though.

I have visited the park a couple of times and it never disappoints me. The place is huge and it's well maintained. The scenery is wonderful and perfect for a quick nature visit. Many people walk and jog and some are cycling inside the park. It's peaceful, there are many different types of trees available for us to learn too. Parking is not an issue. Overall, it's a very fun place to hangout and to spend a couple of hours roaming in nature.

Overall the pace is fascinating for a biologist and Botanical person. But on the other hand a nice spot for photography too. The place was awfully empty. I don't know why. Secondly please do bring food and drinks with you. I could not see any food shops. A restaurant and that was close too. Few. Kiosks from where you can get cold drinks.
